• You must sign in using Google or Apple authentication to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, photos, lists).
• By posting content, you grant OurSpot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Service.
• You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

• Manipulating trust scores or review ratings
• Spamming, harassment, or abuse of other users
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Scraping or automated data collection

• Sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult content of any kind.
• Content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to material depicting minors in a sexual context, illegal drug use, weapons trafficking, or threats of violence.
• Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Personally identifying information about another person without their consent.

Uploading prohibited content may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable law has been broken, referral to law-enforcement authorities. By uploading a video to Setlog, you affirm that the content complies with this policy and that you have the rights to share it with the chosen groups.

• Permanently deleted: User profile, nickname, avatar, chat messages, reactions, curation lists, group data, and event data.
• May be retained: Authentication credentials for security purposes; system logs required by law.
• Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
• If you sign in again with the same credentials, you will start with an empty account.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Spot information, ratings, and AI-generated estimates are for reference only and may not be accurate.
• We are not responsible for the quality or safety of any restaurant or venue listed on the Service.

• 사용자가 생성한 콘텐츠(리뷰, 사진, 리스트)의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
• 콘텐츠를 게시함으로써 서비스 내 표시 및 배포를 위한 비독점적, 전세계적 라이선스를 부여합니다.
• 불법, 유해, 위협적, 모욕적, 명예훼손적이거나 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시해서는 안 됩니다.
• 본 약관을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 삭제할 권리가 있습니다.

• 신뢰 점수 또는 리뷰 평점 조작
• 스팸, 괴롭힘, 다른 사용자에 대한 학대
• 타인 또는 단체 사칭
• 서비스 또는 다른 사용자 계정에 대한 무단 접근 시도
• 허가 없이 상업적 목적으로 서비스 이용
• 스크래핑 또는 자동 데이터 수집

• 음란물, 노출, 성인 콘텐츠 일체.
• 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠 — 미성년자 성적 묘사, 불법 약물 사용, 무기 거래, 폭력 위협 등을 포함하나 이에 한정되지 않습니다.
• 제3자의 저작권, 상표권 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 콘텐츠.
• 본인 동의 없는 타인의 개인 식별 정보.

금지 콘텐츠 업로드 시 계정이 즉시 해지될 수 있으며, 관련 법령을 위반한 경우 수사기관에 통보될 수 있습니다. Setlog 영상을 업로드함으로써 해당 콘텐츠가 본 정책을 준수하며, 선택한 그룹과 공유할 권리를 보유하고 있음을 확인합니다.

• 영구 삭제: 사용자 프로필, 닉네임, 아바타, 채팅 메시지, 리액션, 큐레이션 리스트, 그룹 데이터, 이벤트 데이터.
• 보관 가능: 보안 목적의 인증 기록, 법률에 의해 요구되는 시스템 로그.
• 삭제는 즉시 실행되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
• 동일한 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 비어 있는 계정으로 시작합니다.

• 서비스는 어떠한 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
• 스팟 정보, 평점, AI 생성 추정치는 참고용이며 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다.
• 서비스에 등록된 레스토랑이나 장소의 품질 또는 안전에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
